Linda Callahan moved to San Diego from Long Beach in 1984 to attend college. She graduated from SDSU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Communication. Linda comes from a long line of salespeople. Her dad sold steel in Long Beach and regularly took Linda and her sister on sales calls when they were just teenagers. She has worked in sales for over 30 years and has sold everything from cleaning supplies and paper products to title insurance. Linda’s career in Real Estate spans over 14 years where she gained valuable experience with Chicago Title, Innovative Title and as a Residential Property Manager.
Linda and her family live in Carlsbad where they pursue their love of the ocean through surfing, paddling, diving and boating to Catalina in the summer. Other interests include Jazzercise, Pilates and a passion for baking (Linda Is Often Referred To As “The Cookie Lady”). Linda is very involved in her daughter’s school and activities through the PTA/PTSA where she has served for over six years, Girl Scouts as a Troop Leader and Cookie Mom for over nine years and as a regular volunteer for her daughter’s competitive swim club, North Coast Aquatics.
Linda is warm, kind, and down to earth. She can talk to anyone and the old saying “never met a stranger” truly applies. Her skills in problem-solving, market knowledge and negotiation provide her with the tools to deliver a smooth transaction. Linda will always work hard to go above and beyond for her clients.
