We have worked with Maria’s team since 2014; beginning with her team managing our property as a rental for almost 5 years and then selling it! During the time the property was a rental, we almost forgot that we had a rental until the monthly payments were sent to our account electronically. Any time a renter called her with an issue, she would send us a message with options and costs for us to decide how we wanted to handle it and then she took care of it all! It was so easy compared to when we managed it ourselves for 10 years…worth every penny to have her team manage it. And, her fee was very affordable. She also made the move out of one renter and finding a new renter seamless and communicated often with us the status of interviewing new renters and helping to guide us with decisions with her knowledge. In the end, she helped us sell the property! She worked with the renters to coordinate move out the same day escrow closed! I seriously forgot that we were selling a home as they took care of everything. With her contacts, she was able to get an offer 3 weeks before our house was officially going on the market with a 3 week escrow…and we felt no stress at all even with the short escrow. I really wish we had another property for her team to manage…it was so easy!
