Real estate has remained open during this pandemic, health and safety precautions are in place to facilitate it remaining open. One of those safety precautions is the Corona Virus Property Entry and Advisory Disclosure (PEAD). A PEAD is required to enter and view any property for sale or lease. PEADs protect buyers and sellers from legal action of Corona exposure.
