Tj Stroben runs the North County marketing pitch session and while there, she ran into a colleague who was looking for a furnished vacation rental for clients displaced as a result of water damage in their home. Although we did not have one in our inventory that would match, we knew of a property that potentially could. Tj contacted our client who had toyed around with making their 2nd home a vacation rental over the last several years while Maria contacted the insurance company of behalf of the displaced homeowners. Within one month, the beach front home was cleaned, repaired, furnished and housed very happy new tenants!
