Poinsettia Road Construction Update
The City of Carlsbad held a community update meeting on Thursday Nov 21 regarding Poinsettia Lane construction. Good news – the roadway and bridge will likely be completed mid 2020, which is ahead of the initial December 2020 date. The city approved funding for 2 stoplights (Poinsettia Lane/ Cassia Road & Poinsettia Lane/Skimmer and Oriole Ct). The Treviso developer, Lennar will fund an additional stoplight at the entrance to their Treviso development. Read the city’s Q & A document here.
