Love is in the air. Love all the fantastic clients and friends that made 2020 a great year for #TeamCalRes in Real Estate. Real Estate was one of the bright spots in an otherwise rough 2020. We are looking forward to getting back to “normal”. What is “normal”? We are not sure, but we are doing our best to continue to shop local businesses and count the minutes until our kiddos can go back to regular school & sports!

Heart of the village.
Whose life will you save? The Carlsbad Village Association hosts its 4th Annual Heart of the Village Blood Drive on Saturday, February 13, 2021, from 10 am to 3 pm. More details can be found here. You MUST make an appointment, no walk-ins due to COVID.

City of Carlsbad has been working hard on a few new things. Got to admit, We are pretty excited for the Monroe Street Pool remodel. #betterlatethannever. Can you imagine the number of lost goggles, and towels will be unearthed when they begin demolition?
Veterans park is also moving forward. This park looks amazing and the #DogsofCalRes can not wait to go for a walk there. Speaking of dogs, we are also looking forward to the new dog park at Poinsettia park Construction starts on the new dog park is Spring 2021. #DogsofCalRes promise to give a “pawsative” review when it opens.
